Order Processing Time
We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. All orders will be picked, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days of your successful order placement. Please note that weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
Orders may be delayed in the following circumstances, and we will contact you via email to confirm:
- Temporary inventory adjustments or out-of-stock items
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address information
- Uncompleted payment or payment issues
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification via email with a tracking number and link for real-time tracking.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or number of items. There's no need to enter a promotional code or meet a minimum spending threshold.
We want every customer to enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience, so we cover the standard shipping costs for most orders.
Need faster delivery?
While we offer free standard shipping, we understand that some customers may need urgent delivery. If you would like a faster delivery method (such as expedited shipping), please contact our customer service team at hello@shortproxy.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will assist you in evaluating logistics options and expedited shipping rates to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time Reference
The estimated delivery times for different delivery methods are as follows (for reference only and may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as holidays, weather, and customs inspections):
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
- Expedited delivery: 3–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are calculated from the time your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
We provide convenient, multi-channel tracking options to ensure you stay informed of your package's progress:
- Click the tracking link in your order's shipping notification email to view the current shipping status.
- Log in to your account > Go to "My Orders" > Click on the order to view detailed delivery progress.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, international addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.
In addition, if your region is subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, or taxes, please understand:
- Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- We cannot control or predict local government tariffs. We recommend that you consult with local authorities or customs agencies before ordering.
Regarding Failed Delivery and Returns
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate to avoid returns due to incorrect addresses or unreceived delivery. You may be charged for any of the following:
- The package is returned by the shipping company due to an incorrect address, unaccepted delivery, or refusal.
- If you wish to reschedule your shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
- We recommend that you double-check all shipping information when submitting your order to ensure a smooth delivery.
