Do I need to register an account to place an order?

However, registering an account will make it easier for you to check your order status, manage your shipping address, and quickly request after-sales service, making your experience smoother.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted, we process it quickly, so we generally cannot modify or cancel it.

Of course! You can contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.

Can I return my item?

Yes. Within 30 days of receiving your item, if it's not the right size, the color isn't what you expected, or your child doesn't like it, you can return it as long as it's new, unstained, unwashed, and in its original packaging.


What is the return process?

Send the item back with the tracking number.

After verification, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.


How do I choose the right size for my child?

We recommend measuring your child's foot length (from longest toe to heel) using the steps on the "Size Guide" page, then referencing the size chart.

If your child's foot is wide or between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Tip: Measuring in the afternoon or evening is more accurate and more closely reflects your child's actual foot shape when wearing shoes.


How often should I measure my child's feet?

Children's feet grow rapidly and vary in size.

For children under one year old, we recommend measuring every two months.

For children aged 1 to 8 years old, we recommend measuring every three months.

Keep track of your child's foot size and adjust it regularly to ensure comfort.


Are your children's shoes made of safe materials?

All our shoes are made from environmentally friendly materials that meet international safety standards. They are free of harmful substances, soft and breathable, and suitable for children's delicate skin. Some collections also use sustainable fabrics and plant-based dyes, which are both good for children's health and the environment.


Can shoes be returned after being tried on?

Yes, as long as the shoes are tried on indoors in a clean environment, are undamaged, and are packaged intact, you can return them within 30 days.

We understand your child's frustration with choosing shoes, but please avoid returning shoes after wearing them outdoors.


Do Shortproxy shoes have price adjustments?

We occasionally offer discounts and promotions to provide you with the best prices.

However, after-sales price adjustments are not currently available for items already purchased.


What should I do if my shoes get dirty? Can they be machine washed?

We recommend gently wiping with a damp cloth. Fabrics can be cleaned with a soft-bristled brush and mild detergent.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or expose to direct sunlight to prevent deformation or damage.


How should I store my shoes?

Please keep them in a dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and humidity.

You can place desiccant or newspaper in the shoes to absorb moisture and keep them neat and tidy.


Will they have any odor or discoloration?

Our products undergo rigorous testing before shipment and are free of irritating odors and formaldehyde, and are durable and fade-resistant.
