We understand that choosing the right pair of shoes for your child can be challenging. Every child's foot shape and preferences are different, so even if you've carefully taken measurements, you may encounter the following situations:

  • The shoe size may be slightly off;
  • The actual color may differ slightly from the screen display;
  • Your child may not be comfortable or like the style after trying them on.

We fully understand these concerns and are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for you and your child. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return and exchange service from the date of receipt, allowing you to try on and choose shoes without pressure, helping you make a decision with confidence.



Return and Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you inspect the item as soon as possible after receiving it and contact us within the specified timeframe to ensure a smooth processing.



Return and Exchange Requirements

To ensure smooth product returns and re-sale, returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Products must be in new condition: no signs of wear, testing, washing, tearing, deformation, or odor.
  • Product packaging and accessories must be complete: including but not limited to the original box, dust bag, insole, brand tag, and sole sticker.
  • Products must not affect resaleability: The soles must be clean and unworn, and the uppers must be free of visible defects such as creases, stains, and scratches.
  • Provide valid proof of purchase: such as an order number, invoice screenshot, purchase email address, or other information confirming the order.



Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances

We are happy to process reasonable return and exchange requests, but please understand that we will not be able to process returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product shows obvious signs of wear or damage caused by human error (such as scuffed soles, scratches, or stains on the upper);
  • The product has been cleaned or used, making it unresalable;
  • The return and exchange period has expired (more than 30 days from the date of receipt);
  • Products on special promotions, clearance sales, or marked "non-returnable" unless there are quality issues;
  • Packages returned without customer service confirmation;
  • Returns due to reasons not related to the platform, such as incorrect address entry or unreceived delivery, will require the user to pay for reshipping.



Return and Exchange Process Details

Please follow the steps below to ensure your rights are protected:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service to Request a Return

Please contact our customer service team via email at hello@shortproxy.com and provide the following information to expedite processing:

  • Order number or purchaser's name;
  • Reason for return or exchange (e.g., wrong size, color difference, quality issue, etc.);
  • Product photos (please clearly take photos of the specific part if the issue is quality);
  • Would you like an exchange (including the new size) or return?


Step 2: Customer Service Review and Provide Return Address

Our customer service team will respond to your request within 1–2 business days and provide:

  • A unique return number (to identify your package);
  • Return address and packaging suggestions;
  • Instructions.

Please do not return the product without receiving confirmation from customer service. Otherwise, the package may be rejected due to lack of registered information.


Step 3: Return the Product

Please return the product within 7 days of receiving the return address, using a courier service with tracking. We recommend retaining the tracking number for tracking purposes.

Please package the item properly to ensure it is not damaged during shipping.

We recommend including a note with your order number and name inside the package to facilitate quick verification by the warehouse.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the issue is quality-related.


Step 4: Inspection and Refund Processing

Upon delivery, our warehouse team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days. Once we confirm that the item is in a returnable condition, we will complete the refund within 10 business days and return the money to your original payment account. Different payment methods may require slightly different processing times, so please be patient.



Exchange Instructions

If the item you received is not the correct size or you would like to exchange it for a different color, please refer to the following instructions:

  • Please submit an exchange request within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • We will initially secure the size/color you wish to exchange for.
  • Once you return the original item and it has been inspected, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is temporarily out of stock, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.
  • To receive your desired item faster, we recommend placing a new order directly after requesting a return. This avoids waiting for exchanges and improves overall shopping efficiency.



Special Instructions and Tips

Returns not confirmed by customer service will not be processed or refunded. Please contact customer service to register before shipping.

If a package is returned due to undeliverable reasons (such as an unknown address or unanswered phone calls), you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

For products with serious quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs (receipt of shipping fee is required).

Under special circumstances such as force majeure or statutory holidays, the return and exchange processing time may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.
